Kevin is the trade and customs manager for TimkenSteel Corporation, where he focuses on developing international trade and government contracting compliance policies. Prior to joining TimkenSteel in 2014, Kevin held various economic- and international trade-related positions. He managed the North American logistics efforts of Zim American Israeli Shipping, and he served as director for the Virginia Port Authority, where he was responsible for managing and providing multi-year strategies and trade development plans for one of the largest foreign trade zones in the United States. Kevin graduated from Kent State University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Hannah will be graduating with certificates in health and environmental law. She received her BA from Indiana University in 2015 and is excited about upcoming issues in food and agricultural law, as well as the broader issues involving the intersection of health and environmental law.
Charlyn received a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology with a Criminal Justice emphasis prior to attending UC Davis School of Law. While in law school, Charlyn worked in civil law, disability rights, housing, family law, access to public benefits, and prison law. She was also a member of the Trial Practice Honors Board, LAMBDA Law Students Association, Students United for Reform and Justice and the Schwartz-Levi Inn of Court. After taking the California Bar, Charlyn will join the team at Legal Services of Northern California.
Jared just completed his first year at North Carolina Central University School of Law and is currently an intern in the health service section of the North Carolina Attorney General's Office. He is also an Executive Officer in the United States Army, serving as a Platoon Leader in the 1263rd Forward Support Company for the Army National Guard from 2014-2018. He received his bachelor of science in economics from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from Anderson University.
